Greetings, and welcome to my blog! My name is Kenny Baldwin, and I work as a Senior Engineer with a global financial services firm in NYC, and before that I spent several years working as an Escalation Engineer at Citrix Systems.

I’ve attained numerous certifications in Microsoft, Citrix, and related technologies, and have been working in IT for over 20 years. I started this blog because I like to share my experiences troubleshooting, automating, and integrating Citrix technologies, and hope that others in the field find the content useful!
